Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods such as launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped, not from the order date.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)
Free shipping promotions or subscription-related shipping benefits will be clearly displayed at checkout when applicable.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

Workweek Edge is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at help@workweekedge.com within 7 days of delivery so we can assist with a carrier claim or resolution when possible.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer may require additional shipping fees to reship.
